Wage

2100 € + monthly variable evaluation 0 - 8% of the basic salary, + monthly attendance bonus 0 - 95 €, + bonus for loyalty, allowance for meals 6,50 €/ day

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Close collaboration in development of heat pump for AHU units
• Development and design and construct concepts, prototypes, pilot series and series in a team-based, cooperative manner, according to objectives
• Leading participation in the manufacture of evaluation models, prototypes and in carrying out tests and measurements
• Define and mark spare parts in close cooperation with the product management
• Competent support in the creation of construction standards for the quality-assured and efficient production of the product range
• Design and elaborate special designs based on existing products
• Support the production process in the manufacture of special and serial designs
• Carry out and support development tasks with orientation towards internal efficiency and quality guidelines
• Keep manufacturing documents and SAP master data of the existing product portfolio up to date and optimise them
• Consequently define, adapt and document application limits
• Observe technological developments
• Acquiring knowledge about the necessary current standards

• Knowledge of the relevant standards
• Relevant professional experience with HVAC facilities and in a design department
• Good user knowledge of 3D CAD programs
• Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics thermodynamics and PLM technology ( not mandatory)
• Knowledge of English or German at a communicative level
